Information Center

Nozawa Onsen Village is among the oldest and most renowned Onsen Villages in Japan. The village has rich, deep and lasting tradition, and offers an unparalleled opportunity to experience true Japanese Culture. In addition to the prospect of cultural immersion, Nozawa Onsen has become increasingly popular for international travelers because of its great ski resort. Unlike Niseko, which is well renowned as an international town, Nozawa Onsen remains largely unaltered with fewer services offered in English.

Our local information cafe offers the full range of services, with intentions to support and maximise the experience of all foreign tourists in Nozawa Onsen Village. Given the nature of the village as one of the oldest in Japan, there are many activities that may be confined to travelers with knowledge of Japanese Culture. Recognising this gap, we strive to provide exclusive local knowledge, activities and travel essentials that would otherwise be difficult to access. And due to its location directly opposite the Chuo Bus Terminal, it's a perfect spot to enjoy a coffee or a beer sheltered from the dumping snow.
