Conditions

-	The tour is operated from 15 person. If 15 people haven't reserved by 18:00 of previous day, the tour will be cancelled.
-	Please assemble at the departure points at least 10 minutes before the departure times.
-	Reception will take place directly before each departure time. A representative will be displaying a placard containing the name of this tour.
-	Buses may be delayed due to traffic conditions during the peak season or bad weather. Have enough time for connections.
-	The duration at each stop is subject to change depending on traffic and the number of participants.
-	Tours may be cancelled due to disaster, traffic control for marathons, etc. Please contact us for details.
-	All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen at the daily rate set at 10AM Japanese standard time. Please check with your credit card provider for their foreign currency conversion rates.
-	All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.

Cancellation Charges

-	If notice of cancellation is received by IXSM TRAVEL any time after the Travel Contract become valid : 10% of the tour price
-	If notice of cancellation is received by IXSM TRAVEL 7 days to 2 days prior to the tour date : 30% of the tour price
-	If notice of cancellation is received by IXSM TRAVEL 1 business day prior to the tour/check-in date or the starting date of the tour/check-in date or in case of failure to show without notice: 100% of the tour price
