CONDITIONS

Payments

▪	The reservation deposit shall be 20% of the total price and required within 7 days from the time of confirmation of your reservation (Booking is not guaranteed until deposit is received)
▪	Final payment is due no less than 49 days prior to check-in or the date indicated for Earlybird Specials.
▪	Payments are processed online with credit card (Visa/Master) or money transfer

Amendments

▪	After the booking is confirmed: A ¥1,500 charge, plus any charges levied by hotels, ground operators (Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation charges apply)

Cancellations

▪	After the booking is confirmed and before the balance due date: 20% of the total price
▪	60 days to 31days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total price
▪	30 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total price
