These 2 Three Townhouse complexes are located within easy access to the lifts, shops and many excellent restaurants, with massage facilities and the famous Yukoro onsen only 100 metres away The Horizon Townhouses were built in 2006. The complex includes 4 three bedroom townhouses and 2 two bedroom townhouses. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. Each townhouse is completely independent from the others with private entryway and ski storage. All townhouses have a '2 key' arrangement, allowing them to be rented as a smaller unit - 2 bedroom, 1 bedroom & studio room. Most of the 3 bedroom townhouses have a garage available for guest use. All have spectacular views of Mt Youtei from the expansive, open plan living area on the top level, as well as from the master bedroom. Each townhouse has a covered balcony, large laundry & drying room, central heating and full kitchen.

    Room Service     (Independent): Fresh Towels (1 per person) and Rubbish Removed every 2nd day (not including Arrival and Departure days); Mid Stay Clean and Linen Change only if guests are staying 8 nights or more. Daily room service is available for an additional fee.

    CONDITIONS
    Payments MasterVisa
  • The reservation deposit shall be 20% of the total price and required within 7 days from the time of confirmation of your reservation (Booking is not guaranteed until deposit is received).
  • Balance/Final payment is due no less than 1 month prior to check-in OR the date indicated for Earlybird Specials.
  • Payments are processed online with credit card (Visa/Master) or money transfer.
    Amendments
  • As each property/unit has and independent owner a change the property, check in date, check out date is a cancellation.
  • Any changes to booking details after the balance due date incur an administrative fee of ¥2,000. (Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation charges apply).
    Cancellations
  • After the booking is confirmed and before the balance due date: 20% of the total price (full deposit).
  • 14 days to 6 days prior to the check-in date: 30% of the total price.
  • 5 days to 3 business days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total price.
  • 2 businesses day prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total price.
