REMARKS

Payments

▪	All prices Include Taxes and Service Charge
▪	Booking is not guaranteed until deposit is received. The reservation deposit shall be 20% of the total price and required within 5 days from the time of confirmation of your reservation. Final payment is due no less than 1 month days prior to departure
▪	All transactions are processed in Japanese Yen at the daily rate. Please check with your credit card provider for their foreign currency conversion rates
▪	All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice

Amendments

▪	After the booking is confirmed: ¥1,500 plus any charges levied by hotels, ground operators. Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation charges apply

Cancellations

▪	After the booking is confirmed and before the balance due date: 20% of the total price
▪	14 days to 6 days prior to the check-in date: 30% of the total price
▪	5 days to 3 business days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total price
▪	2 businesses day prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total price
