Conditions	Advance booking is essential. Only limited number of seats available. Minimum connection time required is 1 hour. Transportation may be changed to a shared taxi depending on the number of passengers. There will be 2 service stops and a provisional stop where passengers may be required to transfer to smaller vehicles at Shinshu Nakano. Bus service may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions. While all effort is made to make the service run to schedule, Snow Resort Express accepts no responsibility for delays due to traffic and weather conditions. We highly recommend travel insurance cover as we cannot offer refunds for passengers who miss the bus for reasons outside of our control.
Amendment	Up until 8 days prior to departure day: Free of charge 7 Days or less prior to Departure Day: ¥1,500 *If a date requested is full, the amendment can not be accepted. If a suitable date can not be arranged, cancellation charges will apply according to the timing of your request.
Cancellations	After the reservation is confirmed: ¥500 14 days prior to 5 days prior: 20% 4 days prior to 2 days prior: 50% Departure Day: 100%

Confirming Your Booking

1. You will immediately receive an email detailing your booking request.
2. You will receive an email "Payment Update" within 24 hours with your request status.
3. Once your booking has been confirmed, your request status will be updated to "Confirmed - Full amount Paid"and we will send you the voucher by email within the next business day.
If your request date is less than 7 days before the departure date and the service is not available, your status will be updated to "Cancelled" and no charge will be made to your credit card.
