Completed in 2006, this upper village location cannot be beaten. Approximately 350 metres to the Ace Family chair, this stylish building is surrounded by the best Hirafu has to offer in restaurants and bars. Large windows allow for maximum natural light. All furnishings have been hand selected by Australian interior designer, Lynn Malone, for maximum comfort and function. Each kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher and stove top. Laundry facilities are located in the entrance area of each apartment, making these facilities available to all guests when the two key apartments are rented separately.The basement has large ski and drying rooms and each apartment has secure facilities within each. The ski room has a fully equipped tuning bench for guest use.

    CONDITIONS

  • The reservation deposit shall be 25% of the total price and required within 7 days from the time of confirmation of your reservation (Booking is not guaranteed until deposit is received).
  • Balance/Final payment is due no less than 49 days prior to check-in OR the date indicated for Earlybird Specials.
  • Payments are processed online with credit card (Visa/Master) or money transfer.
    Amendments
  • As each property/unit has and independent owner a change the property, check in date, check out date is a cancellation.
  • Any changes to booking details after the balance due date incur an administrative fee of ¥2,000. (Document reissue is an alteration to an existing booking and not a transfer to another package wherein cancellation charges apply).
    Cancellations
  • After the booking is confirmed and before the balance due date: 25% of the total price (full deposit).
  • 60 days to 31days prior to the check-in date: 50% of the total price.
  • 30 days prior to the check-in date: 100% of the total price.
