Booking Method
Due to a severe shortage of drivers across the bus and taxi industry, all bookings are accepted strictly via a Waiting List System. Please submit your request using the [Request Form].
Important Notes
* Advance Confirmation: In principle, bookings cannot be confirmed weeks or months in advance. We will only contact you if a vehicle becomes available. Please note that for taxis, confirmations are usually made shortly before the travel date, although bus arrangements may sometimes be confirmed earlier.
* Status Inquiries & Follow-ups: We are unable to reply to individual status inquiries or follow-up messages. If you do not receive a confirmation email by the day before your trip, please arrange alternative transportation.
* Our Role: We are a travel agency and act as an intermediary for booking our partner taxi companies.
Cancellation/Amendment Fees:
- After the booking is confirmed: ¥1,000
- 4 to 7 days prior to departure: 50%
- 3 days prior to departure or later: 100%
*Cancellation requests must be submitted by 5:00 PM (JST)
